Cibes Lift UK recently installed an A5000 lift in Old Brentwoods Sports Club. Cibes were commissioned by the club to install a platform lift as part of an ‘Access for All’ project they are currently undertaking – ensuring all patrons that use the club and its facilities can access all areas of the building.

The Old Brentwoods Club is a sports and social club with over 700 members playing and supporting a wide range of sports and activities set on over 20 acres of grounds. The Club is also home to 13 different clubs such as: Old Brentwoods Football Club, Old Brentwoods RFC, Old Brentwoods Cricket Club and, Old Brentwoods Tennis to name a few.

Cibes Lift UK installed an A5000 model in the Club with 1500 x 1630mm footprint (1100 x 1467mm platform with 900mm clear opening) to allow for mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, motorised wheelchairs, walking frames and walking aids to also fit inside the platform lift cabin. The lift is finished with a white coloured frame, Surestep Quartz stone flooring, clear/non tinted glass for full visibility of the interior and exterior of the lift at all times and, a smooth moulded handrail to fit the console control panel, finished in Natural Anodized Aluminium.
