Upgrade kits are available for Cibes Air, Cibes A4000 and Cibes A5000 lifts manufactured in 2017 or later and for Cibes C1 Pure lifts manufactured in 2020-2024. Energy performance measured in accordance with EN-ISO 25745-2:2015.
Classic upgrades
Upgrading just a few elements of your lift will often go a long way. Whether you want to update components to comply with the latest lift standards or just want your lift to look fresh and modern, our classic upgrade kits are a great way to extend the life cycle of your lift. Touchscreen call button
The touchscreen call button has an elegant, contemporary design which also includes an integrated level indicator. Few things will enhance the lift design as much as upgrading to our touchscreen call buttons.

The touchscreen call button is available for the Cibes Air and Cibes C1 Pure, as well as for Cibes A4000 or Cibes A5000 lifts manufactured in 2017 or later.
Concealed door openers
Because our power door openers are concealed within the door frame, they are completely invisible. Concealed door openers are available for all door and gate models of the Cibes Air, A4000 and A5000, except for fire rated door models.

Level indicators
Our level indicators display both floor level and the direction of travel. As the lift travels up and down, the floor numbers on the display travel up and down with it to provide users with clear and informative visual aid. In addition, our level indicators comply with European Accessibility Standards in terms of dimension and contrast.

The level indicator is available for the Cibes Air and Cibes C1 Pure, as well as for Cibes A4000 or Cibes A5000 lifts manufactured in 2017 or later.
Folding seat
The folding seat is a great way to improve the comfort of your lift. This feature is available for platform lifts Cibes Air, Cibes A5000, Cibes A8000, as well as for cabin lift Cibes A6000.

Classic lift modernisation
Although our lifts are very durable, some elements of you lift will inevitably get worn over time. Modernising worn lift elements is a great way to make your lift last longer, which is both environmentally and financially beneficial. Below, we display a short-selection of lift elements that are easy to replace. Shaft panels
With time, the shaft panels of your lift may start to look worn, but they are easy to replace. Updating your elevator with new shaft panels is a smart and efficient way to modernise your lift that extends its lifespan.
Kick plates in stainless steel
Placed at the bottom of the door, on the inside of the door blade, the kick plates protect the doors from wear and tear. Our kick plates in stainless steel not only prevent damage to the lift doors but make them last longer.
Platform modernisation
Some of the platform elements may start to look worn after a many years of use. However, even small and easy updates will give your platform a new lease of life, like for example:

Cabin interior
Over time, the interior of your lift car may start to look a little tired. But if you change just a few elements, it will give your Cibes cabin lift a new and fresh look. Here are some examples of elements that are easy to update and modernise:

What upgrades are available for my lift?
Different options for lift modernisation are available depending on the manufacturing year of your lift. So how do you know when your lift was manufactured? For lifts manufactured before or after 2017, there is an easy trick – just check the call button (see below)! If our little trick does not work for your lift, just send us the serial number displayed on the lift control panel, and we will advise you.
Lifts manufactured before 2017
Lifts manufactured in 2006-2017 have a different control system than the platform and cabin lifts that we make today. The easiest way to identify a lift from this manufacturing period, is to check if the call buttons on the doors have the above characteristic design.
Lifts manufactured in 2017 or later
In 2017, we gradually switched over to the CiCon control system, resulting in a new range of CiCon compatible upgrade kits. You easily identify a CiCon lift by its call buttons: If it has call buttons with touchscreen, or the button design shown above, it is a CiCon lift.
